Performers are generally very aware of the ventral (front) body, but neglect the dorsal (back) body. Place awareness behind the coronal line (the entire second half of the body). Our extremities are also accustomed to moving along the front, so move the extremities along the back.
Exercise: Backwards Wardrobe
Dress (or visualize) so that the back of your body is the front. Walk backwards in this way as if you are walking forwards.
